COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECTS

Quin Rivers helps develop and/or manage Community Development Block Grants in the counties it serves. Current grants provide sewer infrastructure for low- to moderate-income communities who are operating on failing septic systems, along with housing rehabilitation assistance, in Charles City, New Kent and Caroline Counties.
