CAROLINE'S PROMISE

 Caroline's Promise provides five "Promises" to the youth of Caroline County via a Board of Directors and a series of advisory groups, supported by many community volunteers. The Five Promises are:
- Ongoing relationships with caring adults;
- Safe places with structured after-school activities;
- A healthy start and future;
- Marketable skills through effective education; and
- Opportunities to give back through community service.
Staffing costs are shared by Quin Rivers and Caroline County, with program activities supported by broad citizen contributions and fundraising.
