INDOOR PLUMBING REHABILITATION

Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation (IPR) provides funds for repair or installation of indoor plumbing. Grants from the Virginia Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) are used to install plumbing and make necessary repairs to sustain the structure (house) supporting the repaired plumbing. When the condition of the house prohibits repair, a new house can be built under the program. Clients are selected by a committee in each county.
